The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home during our Christmas stay. the hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the main square and the beach. We also loved the fact that they had a nice pool where we could relax and cool off from the heat.

the room was not very comfortable and had a strange smell coming from the sink and toilet.

The staff treated me like family and the breakfast each morning was amazing. The room had air conditioning and was beautifully designed and decorated. The pool chairs were comfortable and the pool area had a lovely atmosphere, especially in the evening. Plus, they have a peacock!

The style and decoration of the hotel was really impressive, with both the rooms and the outside area being nicely designed and decorated. The pool area was beautiful and provided a great place to relax and unwind. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, being just a few minutes' walk from the beach. This made it convenient to access the beach whenever we wanted to.

There were some maintenance issues that affected our stay. The rooms were smaller than expected and in need of updates and better maintenance.

Clean and spacious rooms, friendly and polite staff, beautiful gardens and pool. Observation of nature and animals including hummingbirds, parrots, and iguanas. Delicious food with plenty of vegetarian options. Efficient daily room cleaning and assistance with transportation and activities.

The Christmas decorations in the common area were absolutely stunning, creating a festive and cozy atmosphere. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home during our stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to all the shops and restaurants. Plus, the pool was a great addition and provided a refreshing escape from the heat.

Our room was quite basic and lacked any special touches. the owner seemed more interested in watching football in the common area than creating a relaxing environment for guests.

The facilities and amenities at Casa del Pavo Real were fantastic. the delicious breakfast, convenient location, and helpful staff made my stay enjoyable. the owner and staff went out of their way to assist disabled guests and provide recommendations. I never had to worry about feeling safe or bothered by noise.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. They even had a nice vegetarian option. The location was great, just a short walk away from the beach and in a quieter area away from the noise. We felt safe walking at night.

One drawback was that there were no towels provided in the dorm rooms, so it would be good to bring your own. the walk to the main area was quite dark, but as long as you have a flashlight or phone light, it shouldn't be a problem.

the swimming pool area was often crowded and there wasn't enough shade available. It was quite disappointing because I wanted to relax by the pool but ended up having a hard time finding a comfortable spot.
